POLICIES:
Child Policy
Children are not allowed in the salon unless receiving services under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Children not receiving services must remain in the waiting area and be accompanied by a parent/ guardian at all times.
Massage/ Electrology/ Chemical Hair/ Artifical Nail/ Skin Peel
Services are not performed on persons under the age of 16. (16 and 17 year olds must have written parental permission at the time of check in). Only guests receiving services are permitted on the clinic floor.
Late Policy:
If a guest is more than 15 minutes late with no contact, we reserve the right to change the services according to time constraints or cancel the appointment.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in the salon.
Payment Policy:
Cash, MasterCard, VISA, Checks are accepted for payment of services. Any gratuities must be cash. $35 return check fee applies.
Cancellation Policy:
Out of consideration for everyone involved, we ask that you please notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
All services are performed by current students under the supervision of a licensed instructor. Hollywood Institute of Beauty Careers makes no assurances that the services provided will be up to the salon or spa standards that the customer is accustomed to. All patrons will be required to sign a release acknowledging that they are aware that services are performed by a student under the supervision of an instructor.
